Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is an Canadian actress from Canada. She was born in Winnipeg and born in Wellington Paquin made her acting debut as Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress aged 11 years old, and was the 2nd youngest recipient to win an award within Oscar history.
